SALMON WITH ROSEMARY AND SEA SALT

Ingredients

1 large salmon filet (approx. 1 ¾ to 2 pounds )

2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

3 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with foil and place salmon filet, skin side down in the center. Drizzle will olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper even over the top. Gently massage oil and spices into the flesh.
