SALMON WITH ROSEMARY AND SEA SALT

1 large salmon filet (approx. 1 ¾ to 2 pounds )
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
3 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Line a baking sheet with foil and place salmon filet, skin side down in the center. Drizzle will olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper even over the top. Gently massage oil and spices into the flesh.
Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 20 minutes, until the fish just flakes with a fork when inserted in the center. The center of the meat will be translucent in color. It is critical that you do not overcook for maximum deliciousness! So easy, but so good.
