THE VIRAL 4-INGREDIENT BOURSIN AND FIG JAM DIP
Ingredients
2, 5.2 ounce packages Boursin Soft Garlic and Herb cheese, room temperature
½ cup fig preserves or jam
⅓ cup salted pistachios, rough chopped
¼ cup hot honey
Crackers for dipping
Instructions
Spread the Boursin cheese evenly in the bottom of a pie plate or similar size platter. Spread the fig preserves evenly on top of the Boursin and sprinkle the pistachios over the top. Drizzle the hot honey over the top. Serve with crackers for dipping.
