HOT & CREAMY CRAB DIP
1 cup Hellman’s Light mayonnaise
2, 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 pound imitation crab or lobster, shredded into small pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thoroughly mix mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add crab, lemon juice, chopped garlic, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well and place in a medium casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 40 minutes hot until bubbly. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve with crackers or chips.
