VIRAL DUMPLING BAKE
Ingredients
1, 14 ounce can coconut milk
2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons Thai fish sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, minced
5 cups baby bok choy, rough chopped
1, 20-24 ounce package frozen pork (or your favorite) dumplings
½ cup chopped scallions
2 teaspoons toasted black and white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chili crisp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the coconut milk, curry paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a 9” x 13” baking dish and whisk to combine.
Add the chopped bok choy and stir to coat. Place the frozen dumplings on top in a single layer and spoon some of the sauce over each dumpling.
Bake 25-30 minutes until the dumplings are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
Garnish with the scallion, sesame seeds, and drizzle the chili crisp all over. DEVOUR!!
