JARVI-HEAD TUNA PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

1 pound rotini pasta, cooked al dente according to package directions

2 cans tuna, packed in water, drained

1 small sweet onion, diced

2 cups frozen peas, thawed

2 cups Hellman’s Light mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingredient together in a large bowl.  Best if you make it one day in advance to let the flavors meld

My friend Laura Jarvi Tierney makes this fabulous pasta salad every summer at our annual Block Island cook-out!  It is simple, but soooo delicious!!
