GREMOLATA (ITALIAN PARSLEY, LEMON, AND GARLIC SAUCE)
8 garlic cloves
1 cup flat leaf parsley (including stems), firmly packed
1 cup cilantro (including stems), firmly packed
The zest and juice from one lemon
¾ cup olive oil
Place the garlic, parsley, cilantro, zest, and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and pulse several times until the leaves are broken down. Place the food processor on low speed and drizzle the olive oil in until a loose paste has formed, scraping down the edges as needed.
Serve on seafood, chicken, beef, pork, roasted veggies or any dish that needs a bright finish!!
