CUCUMBER SALAD WITH SOUR CREAM AND DILL
2 large cucumbers, sliced thin into half moons (about 3 cups)
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste to adjust for salt (depending on how many cucumbers you end up with).
