BLACK OLIVE AND MUSHROOM CROSTINI

Ingredients

1 loaf French bread, cut into ½” thick slices

1, 2-ounce can black olives, finely chopped

½ cup mushrooms, finely chopped

½ cup cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded

3 tablespoons Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix olives, mushrooms, cheese, and mayo together and spread on the bread slices.  Bake until lightly browned and cheese is bubbly in the preheated oven, about 3-5 minutes.

Another goodie from the Jarvi girls!  This is an easy, but OH SOOO DELICIOUS appetizer!
