BLACK OLIVE AND MUSHROOM CROSTINI
1 loaf French bread, sliced
1, 2-ounce can black olives, chopped
½ cup mushrooms, finely chopped
½ cup cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons Hellmann’s Light mayo
Mix olives, mushrooms, cheese, and mayo together and spread on the bread slices. Bake until lightly browned in 400 degree, preheated oven.
