PEACH, BRIE, AND PROSCIUTTO BRUSCHETTA WITH HOT HONEY

Ingredients
1 large French baguette
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ pound brie cheese, cut into small ½” thick pieces
¼ pound prosciutto, very thinly sliced
2 ripe peaches, cut into ½” thick slices
¼ cup small basil leaves
¼-⅓ cup hot honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the baguette into ½” thick rounds (I like to slice on a slight angle for oblong pieces for more surface area) and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle them all over with the olive oil and bake for 8 minutes until they begin to get a little toasty.
Top each piece of toasted bread with a piece of the brie and place the pan back in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melty. Carefully spread the cheese over each piece of the bread to cover with a knife (use a fork to hold the bread in place while you spread).
Top the brie with a small piece of the prosciutto, ripping it into small pieces as needed. Then, top the prosciutto with a slice of the peach and tuck a basil leaf until the top of the peach to hold it in place. Drizzle all over with the hot honey. DEVOUR!
