SEVEN LAYER DIP
1, 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1, 8-ounce container sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
1 cup finely chopped lettuce
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1, 8-ounce package shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced black pitted olives
½ cup chopped scallions
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning in a small bowl and spread on the bottom of a pie plate.
Layer the rest of the ingredients in the order listed. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
