GARLIC PARMESAN CROUTONS

1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut into ½”-1” chunks

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

¼ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped

⅓-½ cup olive oil

½ cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place bread cubes on a foil lined cookie sheet.  Top evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and olive oil.  Toss all of the ingredients together, massaging with your hands to evenly incorporate.  Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the top.  Bake for 20 minutes until bread is golden brown and toasty.
