2 packages Crescent rolls
¼-pound baked ham, sliced
¼-pound provolone cheese, sliced
¼-pound Genoa Salami, sliced
¼-pound Swiss Cheese, sliced
¼-pound Slicing Pepperoni, sliced
1 large jar roasted peppers, drained and patted dry
3 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cover bottom of 9” x 13” glass baking dish with 1 package of crescent rolls and pinch the seams together.
Layer meats and cheeses in order listed. Top with roasted peppers.
Beat eggs, Parmesan, and black pepper together. Pour over top and save a small amount.
Place second package of crescent rolls on top of entire casserole. Brush with remaining egg mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more until golden brown.
Allow to cool and cut into squares. These apps should not be served hot. Room temp is perfect!
