SMOKED SALMON BAGEL DIP


1, 8-ounce bar cream cheese, softened

½ cup Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise

8-ounces smoked salmon, chopped

½ cup red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup capers

¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

¼ cup fresh chives, chopped

¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

½ teaspoon black pepper

Zest from one lemon, about 2 tablespoons

1 bag bagel chips


Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, except the bagel chips.  Mix until everything is well combined.  Serve with bagel chips on the side.


Also delicious served on cucumber slices!
