APPLE PIE MAGIC BARS

Ingredients
2 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 ½ cups firm apples like honey crisp or granny smith, chopped
½ cup caramel sauce
1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9” x 13” baking dish with non-stick spray and then place a piece of parchment paper in the bottom of the dish with ‘flaps’ hanging over the sides of the pan. This will act as a ‘sling’ to pull the bars easily out of the pan when they are done. Coat the top of the parchment with non-stick spray also.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter in a large bowl and mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand. Spread this mixture evenly in the bottom of the pan and press it firmly with the bottom of a flat measuring cup to compact the crumbs. Layer the coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips on top of the crumbs in 3 even layers.
Combine the apples and caramel sauce in a medium bowl and place them in the pan on top of the white chocolate chips. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly all over the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool completely before cutting, at least 3 hours.
Using the parchment flaps, remove the bars from the pan and cut into squares. DEVOUR!!
