EVERYTHING WONTONS WITH LOX AND CAPERS
Ingredients
1, 5.2-ounce package soft garlic and herb cheese, softened
4-ounces smoked salmon, chopped into ½” pieces
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
12-14 Twin Dragon Won Ton Wrappers*
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
⅓ cup Thai chili sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the herb cheese, salmon, capers, and dill in a small bowl and mix to combine with a fork.
Place 1 tablespoon of the salmon filling and place in the center of a won ton wrapper. Lightly brush the edges of the wrapper with egg. Fold the wrapper, corner to corner and press the edges together around the filling to tightly seal. Repeat with the rest of the filling to make 12-14 won tons.
Place the wontons on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the egg wash. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the tops and bake for 7-8 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Serve hot with dipping sauce on the side.
