BLACKBERRY BANANA BREAD

Ingredients
3 large very ripe bananas (or 4 smaller ones)
¼ cup melted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup blackberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas with a fork.
Mix in butter, vanilla, and egg with smashed bananas.
Stir in sugar until batter reaches an even consistency.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to the banana mixture, stirring until all dry ingredients are “absorbed” into the bananas.
Pour about ⅓ of the batter into a greased 9″x5″ loaf pan. Gently fold 1 cup of the blackberries into the remaining batter in the bowl and then pour that batter into the pan. Dot the top of the batter with the remaining ¼ cup of berries.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tester comes out clean in the center.
Let cool for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from the pan and DEVOUR.
