LEFTOVER HALLOWEEN CANDY COOKIES
Ingredients
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups flour
¾ cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups Halloween candy, rough chopped in chunks (Kit Kat, Snickers, Milky Way, Reeses, M&Ms, Heath, Almond Joy, Butterfinger, etc…)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Cream butter and sugars together in the bowl of a stand mixer (or by hand) until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla.
Combine the flour, coconut flakes, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually add to the creamed butter and sugar. Gently fold in the chopped candy.
Drop by heaping rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bakefor 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Turn the pan once half way through baking so they all brown evenly. Let sit for 5 minutes and remove to wire racks to cool. DEVOUR!!
