HOT & CREAMY SEAFOOD DIP

 

1 pound seafood (crab, shrimp, combination, etc.)

1 cup Hellman's Light mayonnaise

2, 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened

3 large clove garlic, chopped

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. paprika

1 Tbs. lemon juice

1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Thoroughly mix mayonnaise and cream cheese.  Add seafood(s), chopped garlic, garlic powder, and salt.  Mix well and  place in a medium casserole dish, sprinkle with paprika.  Bake for 40 minutes hot until bubbly.  Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.

 

Serve with crackers.
