FETTUCINI ALFREDO

 

1 stick butter

2 cups heavy cream

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. black pepper

2 cups parmesan cheese

1 lb. fresh fettuccini pasta, cooked al dente

 

Melt the butter in a large skillet with sides over medium heat.  Add the cream, salt, and pepper to the butter and cook for 3-4 minutes while your pasta is cooking.  Add the parmesan cheese and mix well.  Drain your pasta and add directly to the sauce, tossing to coat.  Serve with additional parmesan on the side.  DEVOUR.
