FETTUCCINI ALFREDO
1 stick butter
2 cups heavy cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups parmesan cheese
1 pound fresh fettuccini pasta, cooked al dente
Melt the butter in a large skillet with sides over medium heat. Add the cream, salt, and pepper to the butter and cook for 3-4 minutes while your pasta is cooking. Gradually, add the parmesan cheese in 1/2 cup increments, mixing well after each addition. Drain your pasta and add directly to the sauce, tossing to coat. Serve with additional parmesan on the side. DEVOUR.
